5 minute lettuce chips

for one serving…

-5 large lettuce leaves, washed & dried really well (I used Romaine)

– olive or coconut oil

– salt/pepper to taste or any seasonings you like

– baking sheet/pan


-Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
-Spray sheet lightly with oil
-Tear or cut Lettuce leaves into chip-size pieces.
– Place leaves on baking sheet
– Lightly spray the tops of lettuce leaves with oil
– Add salt/pepper/seasonings you like
– Bake for 4-6 minutes (depending on oven)

**Tip: Try to avoid using the part of the leaf where the thick vein is. It works best with the very thin part of the leaf, so it can be crispier.
