easy, two-ingredient, high protein pancakes!

I have been making these as of late.

And, this being a *major* understatement, these are sooooo yummy 🙂 All you need is an egg and half a banana! ::gasp::

If you count calories (which I do not advise, honestly), this entire batch of pancakes has about 250 cal and 14g protein. But these are totally clean, easy, healthy pancakes that are so dense, there is no need to put any butter or maple syrup or anything on there.
